This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services sold on esystemsmanagement.com, including but not limited to Starter, Essential, Part Time VA, and Full Time VA services.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products and Support Packages

All sales are final.

E Systems Management does not issue refunds for digital products or Virtual Assistant support services once checkout has been completed and payment has been processed.

This includes:

  • Starter Package
  • Essential Package
  • Part Time Dedicated VA
  • Full Time Dedicated VA
  • Any other digital or subscription based service offered on this website

Once a billing cycle begins, time, staffing, and operational resources are allocated to your account. For this reason, payments are non refundable and non prorated.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused hours
  • Early cancellation during an active billing period
  • Change of business direction
  • Reduced workload
  • Dissatisfaction after service activation

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

3. Dedicated VA Services

For Part Time and Full Time Dedicated VA services, once a VA has been assigned and the service term has begun, payments are non refundable.

If termination occurs mid cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us in writing within five business days of the charge.

5. Assistance with Service Issues

If you experience issues accessing digital products or receiving services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving technical or service related concerns promptly.
